We check bathroom fitting positions, complete the connections with electricity off and test the finished wiring. ### Which checks establish the shower's wiring needs? We calculate the current needed by your chosen shower and check the cable that will carry it. We inspect the consumer unit, the fuse box supplying and protecting your wiring, and examine the spaces between it and the bathroom. ### How are bathroom lights positioned? We check lighting positions against the bath and shower before fitting begins. Each light needs resistance to moisture and splashes suited to its position in the room. ### How does the shower get its separate power control? We disconnect electricity before installing the shower cable and fastening its connections. We fit a double pole isolator, a switch that disconnects both wires carrying the electrical supply, with a ceiling pull cord or a wall control outside the room. ### What tests come before electricity returns? We check earthing, the protective connection through which electrical fault current flows. We measure the response of the switches that cut power during a fault, then return electricity to the shower wiring and demonstrate its separate power control. ## Questions about electric showers and bathroom wiring in Wandsworth ### Does Bello Electrics Ltd connect electric showers in Wandsworth? We connect electric showers at properties in Wandsworth. Our bathroom installations also cover moisture resistant lights and electrical connections for heated mirrors. ### Have you installed lighting in a bathroom before? Our completed work includes installing modern lighting in a bathroom ceiling. For bathroom installations, we fit lights whose resistance to water suits their position beside the bath or shower. ### What will you do at my bathroom after I book? We examine the shower's power demand and the positions of the bathroom equipment before connecting it. Installation takes place with electricity disconnected, followed by safety tests and a demonstration of the shower's power control. ### What changes electrically when I replace my shower with a stronger model? A shower with a higher power rating draws more current through its wires. We compare that demand with the existing cable thickness and protective switch before fitting the replacement. ### Can you connect a mirror that clears condensation? We install electrical connections for mirror demisters, which heat the glass to remove condensation. The mirror's position determines the protection against water needed for its electrical fittings. ## Other services in Wandsworth - [Electrician in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth): Electrician in Wandsworth from Bello Electrics Ltd for wiring repairs, electrical inspections, lighting, appliance connections and alarms. - [Electric showers and bathroom electrics (all areas)](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/services/electric-shower-installation): Bello Electrics Ltd fits electric showers and bathroom electrics across Merton, Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham, Chelsea and Fulham. - [EICR and electrical surveys in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth/eicr) - [Consumer unit replacement in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth/fuse-board-replacement) - [EV charger installation in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth/ev-charger-installation) - [PAT testing in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth/pat-testing) - [Electrical faults and maintenance in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth/electrical-fault-finding) - [Lighting installation in Wandsworth](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/electrician-wandsworth/lighting-installation) ## Business facts - Service area: Colliers Wood, Tooting, Streatham, Balham, Wandsworth, Putney, Battersea, Clapham, Oval, Brixton, Vauxhall, Pimlico, Chelsea, South Kensington, Mayfaair, Fulham - Hours: Calls answered 24/7 - Phone: +447455213345 - Email: info@belloelectricsltd.co.uk - Insurance: Public liability £5M, Professional indemnity £1M - Qualifications: BS7671; Testing and inspection; Initial verification; EV charging; PAT Test ## Book Now - [Book Now](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/#chat): Send the job details and request a quote from Bello Electrics Ltd. ## Sitemap - [Full sitemap](https://belloelectricsltd.co.uk/sitemap.md): Complete machine-readable page directory.
